  Shipping and Payment:

All orders will be shipped by USPS. You should receive your order within 2-3 weeks of payment. Below is a chart of shipping prices. However, international shipping costs are more, dependent on order total and destination.  If it is an international order, we will get back to you with your shipping and handling price.

 

CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED!!! Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover/Novus cards are all accepted through Paypal.com. Paypal, is the preferred payment method; however, we do accept cashier's checks, personal checks, and money orders. Payment must be sent in within a week of receiving a confirmation email. Checks are accepted but your item will not be shipped to you until after the check has cleared. Paying with cashier's check or a money order adds 1-2 weeks to the turnaround time. A personal check adds at least a two weeks, as the check must clear before the item can be made and shipped.

  Return Policy:
 

Every item we make is sewn specifically to the customer's measurements and preferences. Therefore, as the item is entirely unique to each costumer, custom items cannot be returned or exchanged. We put much time and effort into each unique piece. The measurements are checked and rechecked throughout the sewing process. If by chance, we happen to create an item with the incorrect measurements than what was given by the customer, we will gladly alter it. Otherwise, the sale is final. To avoid any measurement problems, please make sure to measure accurately, again because all sales are final.
